Coaching of International Selling Skills (CISS)

 

This course will enable supervisors to coach their medical and/or sale representatives regarding the implementation of ISS.

This course will help participants to:

  • Strategy and tactics
  • Models of coaching
  • Pre- and post call discussions
  • The final discussion
  • Role play guide
  • Essential skills

Who should attend??
All supervisors and field managers who are responsible for representatives who have attended ISS.

Three days
9:30 am – 5:00 pm
